Door Stabilizer

is a clever magnetic mechanism that stabilizes any top hanging room dividing door,  this device adds a second point of contact to the bottom of the door, at the closing side.

How it works is a retractable cylinder Pin is fitted in the floor at the closing side of the door, a magnetic casing that receives this pin is fitted to the underside of the door on the closing side again , so once door slides closed and the magnetic casing passes over the the steel floor  pin it pops up and locks in position preventing any wobble of the door once closed.
